  • IOSA Inmuebles S.L.U. is the parent company of the firms that own all of the dwellings that compose the portfolio.
  • BCP co-invests in and manages the assets through an investment partnership with an International Investment Bank.
  • BCP’s bid prevailed in a competitive tender with local investors and international PERE funds.

  • Operation performed through the purchase of an S.I.I. a regulated Real Estate Company, after de-regulating the Company and carving some assets of the transaction perimeter.

  • Acquisition of the Henkel office building in Barcelona in 2014 for demolition and transformation into a 18,731 sqm mixed-use building complex with a 182 rooms Hotel • 33 residential units • 5 single-family homes.
  • The Henkel office building was obsolete and located in an area unsuitable for offices.
  • Henkel commissioned B Capital as a vehicle for the sale of its property by granting an exclusive option to enable B Capital to find the best real estate solution possible, without reducing vendor price expectation,  to achieve a very attractive  development for the investor.
  • Finally, the building was purchased by the real estate investment fund Meridia.

  • Acquisition in 20015 to Colonial (controlled by CaixaBank) of a mixed-used portfolio, €208M value: 244 residential flats (29,250 sqm) • 28,617 sqm of office space • 3,829 sqm of retail units • 799 parking units (33,930 sqm) • 6,000 sqm of warehousing space.
  • BCP carried out this transaction through an investment company in which it controlled a 60% stake, the remaining 40% was subscribed by an international PERE.
  • The BCP offer was imposed in a competitive process with local investors and international PERE funds.
