Founded in 1990 by Valentín Bascuñana, BCapital is an independent real estate investment and asset management group with a comprehensive service proposition. We are regarded as one of the leading players in “real-estate asset management” in Spain.

We have invested in Real Estate assets and participated in the management of portfolios with the world’s leading real estate funds , for a value of 1 billion euros. We are backed by a proven and successful track record during different economic cycles and extensive experience in the acquisition and management of residential, tertiary sector and commercial assets.

TEAM

Our team is made up of experts whose mission is to add value to each project with maximum efficiency in all processes. Thanks to our unique knowledge of the dynamics of the local market, both in the design of transactions and in the maximization of profitability of assets, we lead businesses, investments and projects at the highest level in Spain. Technicians and architects, appraisers, sales executives, economists and lawyers form the hard core of our team, with extensive administration and reporting support for the comprehensive management of assets and vehicles.
