B Capital Partners Expands Services and Grows with Its Entry into Commercial Management

In order to continue growing and strengthening its position in the real estate sector, B Capital Partners has launched a division to operate in the field of commercial management. With this initiative, our company continues to expand by broadening its portfolio of services, adding commercial management to an already solid track record in real estate investment and asset management.

B Capital Partners will operate in this field under two new brands. Medasil will focus on sales and long-term residential rentals, while Holiday Rentals will specialize in the management of tourist accommodations and short-term residential stays. In fact, the company is making its commitment to commercial management public, having already successfully operated in several projects.

In the case of Medasil, this includes a project in Madrid—specifically, the MAR-Méndez Álvaro residential complex, which consists of 135 housing units. Meanwhile, Holiday Rentals has begun operations by managing two tourist apartment buildings in Seville: El Tempa Museo, with 41 units, and Los Salados, with 33 units.

B Capital Partners has outlined an ambitious growth plan for its subsidiaries, which includes expanding its presence as a management company in urban locations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Málaga, and Valencia, as well as in high-potential tourist destinations, including the Costa del Sol, the Huelva and Cádiz regions, and the southern part of the island of Tenerife.
