Proposal for the acquisition in 2017 of a portfolio of 28 buildings located in Barcelona, Madrid and Valladolid.

Asset Management of a portfolio of 28 buildings of which 16 are residential: 13 in Madrid, 2 in Barcelona and 1 in Valladolid.

Yukon Madrid

Acquisition of a residential use portfolio of 678 residential units and 7 retail units located in Madrid.

Oro Barcelona

Acquisition in 2015 of a mixed-used portfolio from La Llave de Oro of 18 buildings located in Barcelona.

Henkel

Acquisition of the Henkel office building in Barcelona in 2014 for demolition and transformation into a 18,731 sqm mixed-use building complex.

Acquisition, from Inmobiliaria Habitat after they emerged from their insolvency process.
