Our multidisciplinary team is a reference in the asset management field. In addition, we provide property and facility management (PM & FM) services through a team of technicians, architects, sales representatives, economists, and attorneys (more than 35 experts) who work together to maximize the value of each project, ensuring exceptional results in line with our clients\u2019 specific needs. <\/h5>\n

Our asset management service is based out of our Barcelona headquarters. Our property management teams in both Barcelona and Madrid are integrated within Savills, with which we joined forces in 2024 by means of a strategic alliance to offer our PM & FM services. <\/p>\n

We are proud of our independence.
